For light parcel less than 1kg, charge will be base on 1kg;
For bulky parcels over 1kg and less than 3kg, charges will be based on 3kg;
For over 3kg bulky parcel, charge will be base on the "deemed weight" where this is greater than the actual weight. The "deemed weight" is assessed by multiplying the parcel's volume (in cubic metres) by the industry density standard of 250kg per cubic metre.

Computer and Components Warehouse currently offers four delivery options:

1) Collect goods from warehouse
No any freight charge. Goods are paid for when collected.

2) Delivery goods by Post Office in Cash On Delivery
Customer usually pays all cost at collecting. But we may ask customer pay freight cost before goods sending.
Customer only pays extra $15.00 for goods collection and send money back by post office.
We will register and insure the parcel, guarantee delivery goods.

3) Australia Post Registered Parcel Post - No Insurance
Goods must be paid for prior to delivery. We will provide register number after send goods.
Customer should understand no insured parcel maximum compensation value is $100.00 only.
Payment can be made by internet banking, credit card or direct deposit.

4) Australia Post Registered Parcel Post - Insured
Goods must be paid for prior to delivery. We will provide register number after send goods.
Insurance will extra cost 1.2% of goods value and insure for goods loss only.
Payment can be made by internet banking, credit card or direct deposit.
